We want learners to feel confident purchasing educational content from MedEdPA.

Course purchases may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the learner has completed less than 50% of the course and has not claimed or received a CME certificate for the course.We want learners to feel confident purchasing educational content from MedEdPA.

Once a CME certificate has been issued or claimed, the course is considered completed and the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund requests should be submitted to MedEdPACME@gmail.com and should include the learner’s name, email address associated with the account, course purchased, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

MedEdPA reserves the right to review refund requests involving suspected misuse, fraud, duplicate purchases, technical problems, or other exceptional circumstances.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
