These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the MedEdPA website, educational courses, resources, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing or accessing a course, or otherwise using MedEdPA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About MedEdPA

MedEdPA provides online continuing medical education and professional development resources for physician assistants and other healthcare professionals. Educational content is provided for learning and professional-development purposes and is not intended to replace independent professional judgment, legal advice, financial advice, or individualized employment or contract advice.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase a course, or use MedEdPA services. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account and course access are intended for your individual use and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to provide unauthorized access to another person.

3. Course Purchases and Access

Prices and course details are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable course page, purchased MedEdPA courses provide access for 18 months from enrollment.Course access is personal to the purchaser. MedEdPA may suspend or terminate access in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized sharing, misuse of course materials, or violation of these Terms.

4. Continuing Medical Education

CME credit is available only for activities that have received applicable approval and only in accordance with the requirements, eligibility period, and credit amount stated for that activity.Learners are responsible for completing required educational activities, evaluations, attestations, or other completion requirements before receiving CME credit or a certificate.Statements such as “pending approval” or “pending accreditation” do not guarantee that an activity will ultimately receive CME approval or a particular number of credits.

5. Certificates and Educational Records

Certificates are issued based on successful completion of the requirements established for the applicable course. Learners are responsible for ensuring that the name and other information associated with their account are accurate.MedEdPA may maintain course participation, completion, evaluation, certificate, and CME records as necessary for accreditation, auditing, regulatory, and business recordkeeping purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, MedEdPA courses, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, graphics, branding, downloads, and other educational content are owned by or licensed to MedEdPA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.Purchasing a course grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, record, upload, or commercially exploit MedEdPA content without prior written permission.

7. Educational Disclaimer

MedEdPA educational content is intended to provide general professional education. Although we strive to provide accurate, practical, and evidence-based information, healthcare, employment, legal, financial, and regulatory circumstances may vary.Course content does not establish an attorney-client, financial-advisor, employment-consulting, or other professional advisory relationship. Learners should obtain appropriate professional advice when making decisions that require individualized legal, financial, employment, or other specialized guidance.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update course content, website features, educational materials, instructors, or other aspects of MedEdPA when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve our services.We may also temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the MedEdPA website, courses, or services, you agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with website operation, distribute malicious software, use another learner’s account, copy or distribute course materials without authorization, or use MedEdPA content or services in violation of applicable law or these Terms. MedEdPA may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized use, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedEdPA and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the MedEdPA website, courses, educational materials, certificates, or services. MedEdPA is not responsible for employment, compensation, contract, licensing, credentialing, clinical, financial, legal, or other professional decisions made based on course content or educational materials.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedEdPA’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to a purchased course or service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the learner to MedEdPA for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedEdPA provides its website, courses, educational materials, and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MedEdPA does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that participation in any course will result in any particular employment, compensation, career, professional, educational, or other outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedEdPA and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the MedEdPA website, courses, or services; your violation of these Terms; your infringement of another person’s rights; or your unauthorized use or distribution of MedEdPA content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to MedEdPA, its website, courses, or services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Refunds

Purchases are subject to the MedEdPA Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing a course.

15. Changes to These Terms

MedEdPA may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will apply as permitted by applicable law.
